Are you ready to make some changes? Are you feeling stuck, and don"t know why? Working with the right therapist can help change whatever is blocking progress in your life and relationships. You may want to heal old wounds, or change current behavior patterns that are getting in your way. Couples and families may need better and kinder ways to communicate with each other. I offer a variety of methods, including hypnosis, depending on what is right and comfortable for you. For clients wanting to resolve old or recent trauma, I offer EMDR, a very effective trauma treatment.

You don't have to do this alone. We'll determine together how best to achieve your goals, even if you don't yet know what they are. Then, together we will work toward healing pain, improving your relationships, and becoming more of the person you were born to be.

I work with adults and teens, couples and families, and have practiced in Simi since 1984. Many of my clients are referred by satisfied clients, and local pastors, doctors, and other professionals. When you're ready, please call; I'll be happy to answer any questions.
