I offer a variety of methods, including hypnosis, depending on what is right and comfortable for you. For clients wanting to resolve old or recent trauma, I offer EMDR, a very effective trauma treatment.

You don't have to do this alone. We'll determine together how best to achieve your goals, even if you don't yet know what they are. Then, together we will work toward healing pain, improving your relationships, and becoming more of the person you were born to be.
